This dataset was created to calculate lake volume for lake trophic classification and to provide lake stake holders with a bathymetric map. USE THIS DATA AT YOUR OWN RISK

Reference NHDES as the source of the data is required in any published use of the data. User is required to read metadata completely before using the data. The information provided in this coverage is a subset of spatial databases developed by the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES). Development of these databases is an ongoing project; they may not contain all existing and potential sites, stations, or threats. The points were plotted over USGS topographic quads and reviewed for positional accuracy as well as thoroughness of coverage for the water body being mapped.
Data submitted by New Hampshire Fish and Game was assigned the appropriate AUIDs and incorporated into the rest of the bathymetry. Data that overlapped with existing bathymetry was not used.
